By using this Site, you represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use this Site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of its use. You also warrant that you are legally authorised to make travel reservations and/or purchases for yourself or for another person for whom you are authorised to act.

You may only use this Site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use it for any other purposes, including, without limitation, making any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand.

This Site is to be used by you for your personal use only. Commercial use of this Site is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent has been granted. You agree that you will not use this Site for chain letters, junk mail, ‘spamming’, solicitations (commercial or non-commercial), or bulk communications of any kind, including but not limited to distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a list. In addition, you agree not to create a hypertext link from any website controlled by you or otherwise to this Site without express written permission.

By accessing, using, viewing, transmitting, caching, or storing this site or any of its services, functions, or contents, you shall be deemed to have agreed to each and all the terms, conditions, and notices on this site (‘agreement’) without modification. If you do not agree, please cease use of the site and leave the site immediately.

• All room rates are subject to applicable government taxes. In the event of any tax revision, updated rates will apply.
• No-show: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
• Reduction in the number of rooms at check-in will still be charged in full.

Cancellation Rules

1. 7+ days before arrival: 80% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
2. 4-6 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
3. Less than 3 days before arrival: No refund will be issued.
4. During peak season, Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations within 7 days of arrival.
5. Please note: Any transaction or bank processing fees will not be refunded.

It is our practice not to ask you for information unless we need it or intend to use it. Oceanature recognises the importance of information security and is constantly reviewing and enhancing our technical, physical, and logical security rules and procedures to help protect your personally identifiable information against loss, misuse, and alteration while under our control. Although ‘guaranteed security’ does not exist either on or off the Internet, we safeguard your information using both procedural and technical safeguards, including password controls, firewalls, etc.
